2011 to 2015
Zac Sells Cheyenne
Coldwell Banker The Property Exchange, Cheyenne
Ran every part of the client relationship myself, from first showing to closing to the yearly market review. Closed 87 homes and $17.2M in sales on referrals, follow-through, and plain honesty.
2015 to 2022
Platinum Real Estate
Owner and Managing Broker, Cheyenne
Founded a brokerage and grew it to 14 agents, one of the fastest-growing offices in Cheyenne. Wrote every system: policies, budgets, comp plan, payroll, training. Bought and renovated a downtown office, rehabbed 23 properties, managed 37 rental units. The office closed 387 transactions and more than $93 million in sales. Then I trained a successor in six weeks and sold the company intact.
2017 to now
Kids Deserve Dads
Founder and Executive Director, 501(c)(3)
Started it after family court taught me what a dad is up against. It grew into a national movement for shared parenting with 118,000 supporters. Raised $100,000+ in grants and donations, opened the House of Hope supervised visitation center for more than two dozen families, and ran 13 evidence-based fatherhood programs for 142+ men.
2018
Wyoming Family Law Reform
Citizen advocate, Wyoming Legislature
Worked as a citizen advocate on SF20 and HB71, which expanded judicial discretion for shared parenting and lowered the shared parenting threshold from 40% to 25%.

Went back to school to understand the system I was fighting. Law school sharpened how I read a contract, argue a case, and write a policy.

Back in real estate and back to building. Listed 393 Happy Jack Road, a $3.1M estate: 35 acres on Granite Reservoir with the lake's only private dock. Built its website, launch plan, and national buyer-reach plan myself.
